This 150 sqm apartment, located in the residential scale of Brasília, has been renovated to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for a family. The project includes a living room, two children’s bedrooms, a bathroom, a master suite, an office, a pantry, and a laundry room, all arranged to optimize functionality and ensure the comfort of the residents.

The kitchen, though integrated with the dining room, is clearly defined by green tiling, distinguishing the space without compromising the overall flow. The connection between the dining room, kitchen, and office creates a continuous space, allowing natural light to enter and enhancing the sense of spaciousness. The office offers the flexibility to integrate with or separate from the dining room as needed, providing both interaction and privacy.

In the children’s bedrooms, the furniture is carefully designed to grow with the kids, featuring beds with large drawers and book niches, ensuring practicality and organization.
